Today I’ve been good, woke up and went for a walk before breakfast, I’ve been eating every three hours, green stuff 🙂 and then I went to the gym and did 20 minutes on the rowing machine and a 45 minutes cycling class.
And then I’ve tested this recipe, but with my own twist. Added some grated carrot, basil and oregano. I managed to make a bit to much for one meal but I’m hoping that putting the rest in the freezer works for later 🙂

Not as good as yesterday, but I’m in the right zone so it’s not bad.
The rest of the week will be a bit more challenging. Tomorrow i have band practice so i guess that’s a rest day. And then me and Petter is going to Copenhagen this weekend. Guess I got some catching up to do next week.
