Day 19 and 20. Hippos in Ngepi

It’s been two great days in Ngepi.

We arrived yesterday around lunch time and had some time exploring this fabulous camp site.
Where else do you have a view with a loo, or a star shower?

All the showers and toilets on the camp has its own theme, no doors ( except a stick with door written on it) and with the sky as the roof.

It’s located right by the Kavango river and occasionally you might get hippos

wandering into camp.

Last night we had Pink Caravan Olympic, some fun and games, and friendly competition between Bill and Bull.  We drew the longest straw and won by one point in the end 🙂

Great fun even if we got a heavy shower of rain in the middle.

Today some of us went on a canoeing trip up the river to have a look at the hippos. And we saw a few crocodiles.

The rest of the day was spent relaxing on the shade.

Tomorrow will be another early start as we are heading into Maun, Botswana.
